I cannot say enough good things about Joel Sullivan and his company! He and his work crew are professionals in every sense of the word - on time, on expense, and clean. I almost got burned by an unlicensed contractor when I met Joel and learned what a real contractor can do. Within an hour of meeting him, he sent me a copy of his builder's license, a certificate of insurance, and spent over 2 hrs with me the following day helping me develop a plan for renovation of 2 rooms in my mobile home - bathroom and bedroom. I would highly recommend this company; well done Joel!

They did a fabulous job on the remodel of our bedroom. They were prompt, courteous and the estimate was spot on. They replaced paneliing, insulation and windows with drywall, and new windows, built 2 new closets and installed new ceiling lights, new crown molding and baseboards. They did a great job on the painting too. They also put the furniture back into the room when the job was complete.
We would definitely use them again.
